meet lucy tomkins

My name is Lucy Tomkins, I am an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified life coach, BALM certified family recovery coach and teacher of United in Recovery, a new programme of tried and tested techniques made up of seven, weekly, 90-minute, live & interactive, on-line classes, interspersed with 2 x 60-minute coaching sessions (click on the above tab to find out more and book your place on the next available class) I am the go-to person in the UK for family members of addicts looking to get their lives back and who want help to find a way through the chaos of addiction.

I bring a wealth of experience and empathy to the coaching process. After many years of experiencing and witnessing the devastating impact of addiction on my family, I am committed to helping families get the education, support, tools, and skills they need in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. I work with compassion, empathy, love and kindness towards self and the person struggling with addiction whilst allowing the addict to experience the consequences of their actions by setting and sticking to healthy boundaries.

I have developed a process of working with individuals or families, to support them in their own recovery from the impact of addiction, so that they can start to become a positive influence in their loved one's recovery.

Although my primary focus is Family Recovery Coaching - supporting families who have a family member/friend struggling with addiction- I also coach/support anyone wanting to make a change in their lives, who is feeling stuck and wants help moving forward.

I work remotely via Zoom, and telephone or face to face within easy reach of Market Harborough and Northampton. I also coach family recovery clients at The Soke in London.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
